Education

The Stronach Family Foundation

Currently education is lacking in many parts of Africa. It is very evident in the village of Muhanda as we often see cases of otherwise preventable diseases such as Aids killing many otherwise relatively healthy individuals. Furthermore, lack of formal education is ramped. Instead of going to school and having the chance to go on to post graduate education that could lead to various successful positions in the city, many children are forced to stay at home or work at a very young age, all due to lack of family that is often even non existent. SFF is currently working with a local committee in Muhanda to send promising children who are unable to attend school back to the classroom!

The benefits to educating children are immeasurable and have numerous spill over effects on the overall well being of the entire community. Please donate today and help send a promising young child back to school were they would get the attention and education they deserve.
